Welcome to the Longevity OS Beta

You are part of a small group of test users. This page explains what to expect, what happens to your data, and how you can help us most.

What is Longevity OS?

Longevity OS connects your health data with reviewed knowledge. You can upload lab reports and medical letters; values are recognized automatically, placed in context, and tracked over time. With the iPhone app, your Apple Health data is included as well (sleep, activity, heart rate). And you can ask questions: answers take your own values into account and cite verifiable sources, not a black box.

Important: Longevity OS is an informational tool. It does not make diagnoses and does not replace medical advice.

What can you test?

  1. 1Upload a medical report – PDF or photo of a lab report or medical letter. Afterwards, check: Were the values recognized correctly?
  2. 2Connect Apple Health – install the iPhone app, sync, and check the results in the web app under “Wearables".
  3. 3Ask questions – for example, “What does my ferritin value mean?" or “How can I improve my sleep?". Pay attention to whether the answer is understandable and whether the sources fit.
  4. 4View your Longevity Report – the automatic analysis of your values (try Strict vs. Clinical mode).

What happens to your data?

  • Your data is stored on a server in Germany and is not sold or shared with third parties.
  • For AI analysis, individual requests are sent to Google Gemini (data processing agreement). Only the data needed for the answer is transmitted.
  • You can export all data at any time (Settings → Export) and have your account fully deleted (Settings → Delete account). Deletion includes all health data.

Beta Terms

  • This is a private test phase: there is no guarantee of availability or freedom from errors. Please do not rely on the platform alone; keep your original reports.
  • Longevity OS is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations. If you have health questions, contact a physician.
  • Participation is free. We may adjust or end the beta at any time; in that case, you will receive your data as an export.
  • You can end your participation at any time by deleting your account.

How you can help us most

  • Use the feedback button (bottom right in the app), even for small things. “The upload got stuck on the second PDF" is incredibly valuable.
  • If something is unclear, tell us. If an answer seems wrong, all the more so.
  • Once a week we will briefly check in by email; honest answers help more than polite ones.
